Terms of Service
1. What we sell
We sell custom digital audio files ("sessions"). Each session is rendered individually from the settings you choose in the session builder. Sessions are delivered as download links by email.
2. Ordering and payment
Prices are listed in Australian dollars; at checkout Stripe may present and charge the equivalent in your local currency. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed, at which point rendering begins automatically.
3. Delivery
Download links are emailed to the address you provide at checkout, normally within hours of payment. Links remain active for 7 days and allow 5 downloads per file. If a link expires, we can re-render your session from your stored order settings on request, free of charge.
4. Your licence
You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your session for personal listening on your own devices. You may keep private backups. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly broadcast, sublicense, or include the audio in published or monetised content without our written permission.
5. Refunds and re-renders
Our Refunds & Re-renders policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Acceptable use and safety
Sessions are for relaxation and personal wellness. They are not medical devices or treatments. Do not listen to sleep or deep-relaxation audio while driving or operating machinery. See our wellness disclaimer.
7. Service changes
We may change prices, features, or these terms for future orders. The terms shown at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded and are honoured in full.
9. Governing law
