What we collect
- Orders: your email address (from checkout), your chosen session settings, and delivery/download activity.
- Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive payment confirmation and your email — never your card number.
- Newsletter: your email address, only after you click the confirmation link (double opt-in).
- Contact: whatever you write to us, so we can reply.
What we don't do
- No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no social pixels. The site sets no cookies for browsing.
- No selling or renting personal information — ever.
- No marketing email without your explicit double opt-in, and every email has an unsubscribe path (just reply "unsubscribe" or use the link).
Where data lives
Order records are stored on our web hosting infrastructure (currently located in the United States) and are protected by transport encryption and access controls. Rendered audio files are automatically deleted after your download window (7 days). Payment records live with Stripe under their privacy policy.
Retention
Order records are kept as required for tax and consumer-law purposes. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact correspondence is kept while relevant.

Ask us any time to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you: orders@beatsforbrains.com. If you believe we've mishandled your data, contact us first; you may also complain to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
