What our sessions are
Beats for Brains sessions are audio recordings for relaxation, enjoyment and personal wellness. They combine music with rhythmic sound techniques (such as binaural beats, isochronic tones, 40 Hz stimulation, low-frequency vibration and noise beds) at listener-chosen frequencies.
What they are not
They are not medical devices, therapy, or treatment, and they do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. We make no clinical claims. Scientific research on auditory entrainment is ongoing and results vary between individuals; nothing on this site should be read as a promise of specific mental or physical outcomes.
Sensible precautions
- Never listen to sleep, deep-relaxation or meditation sessions while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your full attention.
- Keep listening volumes moderate — hearing safety beats any wellness goal.
- If you have epilepsy or a history of seizures, a pacemaker or other implanted device, are pregnant, or live with a neurological or psychiatric condition, talk to a qualified health professional before using rhythmic-stimulation audio.
- If you feel dizzy, unwell or uncomfortable while listening, stop. If it persists, seek medical advice.
- These sessions are made for adults. For children, ask a health professional first.
If you need help
If you're struggling with sleep, attention, anxiety or anything else that affects your day, a qualified health professional is the right first step — audio is a companion, not a substitute.
