Refunds & Re-renders
Your consumer guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our sessions come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If your file is faulty — corrupted, incomplete, silent channels, not matching the settings you ordered — we will re-render it or refund you in full, your choice. This applies wherever you live.
The one free re-render
Custom audio is personal. If your session isn't sitting right — the bed's too energetic, the pulse too prominent, the noise too bright — tell us within 14 days and we'll re-render it once with adjusted settings at no charge. Tell us your order email address and what you'd like changed.
Change of mind
Each session is rendered individually for your order, so we generally can't offer change-of-mind refunds once rendering has started — the free re-render above exists so you never need one. If something exceptional happened (double purchase, wrong email), contact us and we'll sort it out like humans.
Expired links
Links lapse after 7 days, but your session is never lost: we keep your order's settings on file, re-render your session, and send a fresh link, free.
How to claim
Email orders@beatsforbrains.com or use the contact form with your order email address. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days.
